The Return of Trend Briefing

Physical Event - 6 October 2022

Overview

Join us for the return of our Trend Briefing event, live at the Royal Academy of Arts, where we will explore how, post-Covid, markets are in flux, and the realities of Brexit, COP26 and ongoing global unease are now affecting consumer behaviour.
Taking place on 6 October this year, our new Trend Briefing 2023 embraces a more interactive and discursive format where we tackle the solutions as well as outlining those trends and strategic challenges that 2023 will throw at us.

We will reveal how Web3 is no longer a theoretical internet model of tomorrow and NFTs are tradeable assets, while the metaverse is already creating its own billion-dollar brands, businesses and organisations.

Switching our focus to the year ahead, our strategic foresight analysts will present a new macrotrend that all brands and businesses should be incorporating into their planning.

Join us for our first physical event since 2019 and discover what opportunities 2023 holds for your business.

Sponsor our Awards and Event

This year, The Future Laboratory is hosting its annual Futures 100 Innovators Award at the Trend Briefing 2023 event – to celebrate those among us who are taking on those challenges that some of us may regard as unimportant, unworthy or unrighteous.

Each month, our analysts will showcase 10 innovators from our overall Futures 100 Innovators longlist across 10 key sectors highlighting their innovation, why it matters, and where and how it is affecting – or will affect – change for the better. After 10 months, our complete Futures 100 Innovators list will be presented to a panel of industry judges who will select and award their 10 leading innovators, revealed at the event.

We are looking for a sponsorship partner to sponsor the Futures 100 Innovators and Trend Briefing event in October.

The headline sponsor will have co-naming rights on the following:

: Our Trend Briefing 2023 event at The Royal Academy of Arts
: The Futures 100 Innovators Awards ceremony at our Trend Briefing 2023
: The Futures 100 Innovators monthly blog post
: The Futures 100 Innovators column on LS: N Global
: Co-branding of our Innovation Debrief and Future Forecast 2022 report
