Graduate Programme

Each year The Future Laboratory invites a graduate trainee to join us at our headquarters in Spitalfields to gain an in-depth understanding of our working practice. Over the course of the year, the successful graduate is immersed in six key departments of the business: Creative Studio, Operations, Foresight, Strategy, LS:N Global, and Sales and Marketing. During their time graduates are fully immersed in each of the teams, and assist on events, client projects and our editorial platform LS:N Global. The Future Laboratory covers the trainee’s costs, and graduates also receive benefits including a season ticket loan and a Make Your Future Happen bursary, which they can put towards a personal creative project.

Junior Board

We also have a Junior Board, which is made up of high-achieving, young staff of The Future Laboratory who are passionate about the success and growth of our company. They provide us with new input, new thinking and new inspiration to ensure that the business continues to be fit for the future.
