Fiona is a trends and insight consultant who delivers innovative strategic insight and creative content. Having spent 20 years working in leading forecasting and insight agencies and as a journalist, Fiona draws on considerable cross-sector expertise, ranging from consumer lifestyle, media and marketing and digital commerce to fashion, beauty and technology. Fiona brings valuable insight, clarity and direction to our LS:N Global team.

Savannah Scott
art director, The Future Laboratory

Savannah leads the research and design for food and drink and retail content for the LS:N Global. With a background in creative strategy, anthropology and graphic design, Savannah curates and contributes to the visual narrative of LS:N Global, alongside leading visual research for a number of annual macrotrends and sector reports. Savannah is a regular contributor to LS:N Global’s daily news and weekly articles, as well as being the team’s regional expert for Africa.

Jonathan Travers-Smith
founder and CEO, Hot Pot China

Jonathan is a fluent Mandarin speaker with over 20 years’ experience in China. Jonathan has led brand and digital marketing initiatives in China for the likes of Canada Goose, Selfridges, Fortnum & Mason and the UK’s GREAT campaign. He leads Hot Pot’s strategic growth across its London and Shanghai offices.

Olga Dogadkina
co-founder and CEO, Emperia

Olga launched Emperia following extensive experience in the luxury fashion industry, as well as working with the likes of Microsoft on digital fashion commerce-related projects. She is also a British Fashion Council Mentor, advising member designers on e-commerce-related topics. Olga holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Enterprise Development from the University of Westminster, UK.

Alex Perez-Tenessa
founder, Trendio

Alex Perez-Tenessa is the founder of Trendio. Before Trendio, Alex was VP of U.S. Prime Video at Amazon, VP of Beauty at CVS Health and Partner at McKinsey & Company. Alex received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a master’s degree from Essec in Paris. Alex is married with three children and is passionate about everything related to video and film.

Sophie Frères
co-founder and CEO, LiSA

Through her roles as co-founder and CEO of LiSA, as well as her lecturing engagement at Columbia University, Sophie has become a leading international expert on SOCIAL and LIVE COMMERCE. After a long career in big-box and luxury retail, where she mainly worked at the intersection of technology, innovation, and customer, she founded LiSA to help brands and retailers become truly successful with meaningful new digital experiences.
