Overview

Our Retail Futures 2022 online event will uncover new opportunities for the sector, exploring how bricks-and-mortar spaces can evolve to prove their relevance in accelerating societies.

The purpose of stores is being redefined. As global businesses and consumers navigate uncertain economic landscapes, and the appeal of hyper-convenient e-commerce wanes, physical spaces are transforming.

In 2022 and beyond, it’s no longer enough to offer functional stores and formulaic customer service – post-pandemic shoppers are seeking more. From emotion-led environments to community-building hubs, our online event will uncover the strategies that retail brands must embrace to retain relevance and foster footfall.

Join us to discover the behaviours, global innovators and nascent opportunities your company can seize.

You can buy tickets for this event for just £75.
