Overview

Our Luxury & Hospitality Futures online event will unpack what lies ahead for the sector as it navigates rapid change, presenting crucial strategies for businesses to engage with the next generation of luxurians and demonstrate their value in new cultural spaces.
As the luxury industry continues to toe the line between tradition and innovation, we look at the new challenges it faces and the new regions and demographics that are growing in importance.

From the rise of NFTs to the ascent of the metaverse, the luxury industry is on the precipice of great change. As consumers embrace immaterial investments, we examine how new mindsets are shaping brand communications, retail experiences and internal goals.

Join us as we explore these shifts in the luxury and hospitality landscape. You can buy tickets for just £80, or join The Future Laboratory community and get inside access to our full programme of online events taking place in 2022.
