In partnership with Together Group, The Future Laboratory has developed an in-depth foresight report examining how luxury is evolving into a transformative force that is reshaping beauty, health and hospitality. 

By 2025, the longevity sector is projected to reach £490bn ($610bn, €560bn) globally, unlocking new opportunities at the intersection of health, beauty and hospitality. From longevity-focused resorts to medical-grade skincare, people are increasingly seeking proactive, science-backed approaches to extending their lifespan and enhancing their healthspan. This shift is influencing the luxury experience economy as well as reshaping investment priorities, brand strategies and consumer expectations.

At The Future Laboratory, we worked closely with Together Group to explore how this next chapter of luxury is unfolding. Our research uncovered the cultural, technological and scientific advancements that are driving longevity from a niche wellness trend to a core pillar of luxury’s evolving value proposition. Once distinct sectors such as five-star hospitality and preventative health are now converging under a new paradigm: Transformational Luxury.
