Why?

Future fitness is an indicator of how ready something is for the future – how well leaders and their businesses are positioned to take advantage of future conditions that will affect us all in the coming years.

Everywhere you look, someone has a tale of uncertainty to tell. If it’s not about Brexit it’s about climate change or Trump. Now this uncertainty, like everything else, has gone global. How many of us are really preparing for environmental catastrophe, financial slowdown, workplace automation, AI and social disruption, or even simply a new challenger to our category? Preparation is everything, especially if you want to turn uncertainty into opportunity.

That is the business The Future Laboratory and Endaba are in – preparing leaders for the future by inspiring and coaching them to make a better future happen.

Future Fit is a unique leadership programme designed by The Future Laboratory and Endaba, to prepare leaders and their business for the future. In a time of uncertainty, preparation is everything and Future Fit provides leaders with invaluable, actionable insights and coaching to take back to their businesses.

How?

The Future Laboratory and Endaba have united to provide a unique service called Future Fit for leaders within consumer facing sectors. Future Fit measures a leader’s readiness for the future against six critical behaviours that make up ‘future fitness’.

Agility

Foresight

Do you take a long-term view to imagine, anticipate and execute change?

Are you committed to evolving, improving and developing new products and services?

Reputation

Do you have a compelling purpose and positioning that engages internal and external audiences?

Consciousness

Are you conscious of the environmental and ethical impact of your business, and are you committed to minimising negative impacts?

Nurturing

Do you support employees in their desire to improve, optimise and better themselves?

What?

The Future Fit leadership programme combines psychological and behavioural profiling, highly relevant insights and foresights, bespoke leadership coaching and personal development tools to ensure your leaders, and your business, remain future fit.   Download PDF

Future Fit involves three stages:

1. Diagnostic

Your senior leadership team take the Future Fit test so we can assess each individual according to the six behaviours that need to be demonstrated to be considered fit for the future

2. Assessment

We then debrief results of the Future Fit test in a group experience at The Future Laboratory (or a suitable future fit venue), which is designed to reveal new areas for innovation and growth

3. Development

After which we schedule quarterly reviews with the group to address future challenges and maximise performance to make a better future happen for themselves, their teams and their organisation

Thinker Package

the first level is a half-day experience designed to help you better understand the future implications and potential solutions from Future Fit.

  • 2-hour consultation to include:
    • Analysis of individual psychological profile
    • Analysis of the group/team dynamics
    • Evaluation of future fit questionnaire results
  • 1-hour presentation of relevant foresight from The Future Laboratory
  • Up to personalised 15 Future Fit Reports for each attendee containing each individual’s test results
  • Future Fit refreshments
  • Identification of future challenges
VIEW DETAILS

Navigator Package

the first level is a 1-day experience with tailored foresight, activities and solutions to overcome specific challenges that arise from the assessment.

  • 3-hour consultation to include:
    • Analysis of individual psychological profile
    • Analysis of the group/team dynamics
    • Evaluation of future fit questionnaire results
  • 1-hour bespoke presentation of foresight from The Future Laboratory
  • 2-hour strategic workshop to identify new leadership behaviour opportunities
  • Group activities to enable your senior team to learn about each other and find alignment on ways to work better together to accelerate the pace of change
  • Up to personalised 15 Future Fit Reports for each attendee containing each individual’s test results and potential solutions
  • Future Fit meals and refreshments
  • Identification of future challenges and initial workshop solutions

Innovator Package

the first level is a 2-day experience with tailored foresight, solutions and strategic outcomes that fully address challenges that arise from the assessment through immediate, practical application.

  • 3-hour consultation to include:
    • Analysis of individual psychological profile
    • Analysis of the group/team dynamics
    • Evaluation of future fit questionnaire results
  • 1-hour bespoke presentation of foresight from The Future Laboratory
  • 5-hour strategic workshop to identify and map new leadership behaviour opportunities and immediate actions to deliver them
  • Two external speakers from organisations that excel at certain Future Fit behaviours
  • Group activities to help your senior team find alignment on ways to work better together to accelerate the pace of change
  • Up to 15 personalised Future Fit Reports containing each individual’s test results and solutions
  • Future Fit meals and refreshments
  • An overarching Future Fit Strategy for your senior leadership
